I had a large order and had to redo half of the shirts (one shirt I had to do 3 times). Also it says cool peel which means the top plastic layer needs to be completely cool before you can pull it off.....I waited minutes, hours, and days to see what worked best and it didn’t make a difference-it wouldn’t peel. I had three lines of words on almost all the shirts and had to place letters one by one to press them on. Some letters stuck to the plastic so bad that it stretched out of its original form. If it weren’t for my customer pre-paying and paying a rush fee I would’ve quit!
