Review: Just a great bit of kit. - First thing you notice is the quality of this product from the off - the packaging and the little stuff sack it comes with are quality which is a good sign. You can use the stuff sack with ease unlike many stuff sacks that are useless once the product is out of it; this is easy to use both extracting and putting the pillow away again for storage and protection; a nice quality fabric as well - you can see thought went into this so I was impressed straight away. A great start!!! I was also amazed at just how small this packs down it really is tiny with minimal weight at 78 grams and only 5x2 inches in size. There really is no excuse not to take it with you. Opening the pillow you notice straight away the fabric is soft; on trial it is comfortable to the face and pleasant to use. The ergonomics lend itself to a comfort unknown to me previously and the well designed curved shape shape allows side, back and front sleepers equal comfort. The manufacturing is of a very high quality and the valve is excellent offering a one way press down release button which is very clever and easy to use and adjust the pillow and also deflate fully. I like is the adjustability this gives to blow up to a firmness that suits the individual; personally I don't blow it up fully as I like a softer feel with some give. All in all I cannot fault this pillow and would have to give it a 10/10 especially at the value price it comes at. This is my first Trekology purchase but I doubt it will be my last.

**Q: Does this have a plastic smell to it?**
A: No, and I have two of these. Neither have a plastic smell. Very comfortable and supportive.

**Q: what is the free gift they give out when you scan the QR code?**

**Q: 2 of my 4 quit holding air after only 2 or 3 uses. What's wrong with this product?**
A: I am assuming you have checked the inflate/deflate valve. If all is OK there , inflate the pillow and hold it underwater in a tub to locate the leak.  Notify Customer Service of the problem and the location of the leak.  Seams or pinholes may be “fixed” with something like Flexseal spray.   I have not had any issues with mine.

**Q: How do you clean it?**
A: Dear valued customer, the pillow is not washable. Please use a damp towel to wipe clean the surface. Please make sure the pillow is completely dry before putting it to the storage sack.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but doesn’t stop air coming out properly

Really brilliant size and material, very comfortable. My only issue is that the button -whilst a lovely idea- isn’t as simple as it sounds. It doesn’t stay up/down so when you fill it up, loads of air puffs out before you have the chance to close the cap. I’m hoping this doesn’t pose a huge issue to me, but this aside I have no complaints. Seller was very nice and helpful and it is easily compacted into a teeny tiny pouch the size of a coke can
