The whole leaves really are WHOLE leaves, and they require the same treatment as any other leaf infusion. Although the company is a tea company these products are more like herbal infusions and they require a long steeping time. You can just throw them in a pot of boiling water or directly into the teacup. They are delicious and apparently really good for you.
