It fits enough for me for a decent sized morning snack, a large lunch, and an hefty afternoon snack. It also holds all my sups, shakes, and anything else I've thrown at it over the past few months. Construction is brilliant. I have had no problem with the cold packs or zippers and I have used this bag 5-6 days a week for 3 months. Clean up is also very easy and the bag is a lot smaller than you may expect. Food stays cold enough but please note that I don't have to worry about dinner, longer storage might need an extra cold pack tossed in. Some of the larger containers are a big snug in the front compartment but nothing a little brute force hasn't solved yet. All in all if you are looking for a cooler so you can be serious about your food intake (and you don't need to travel with 6 meals a day), this is a perfect bag for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A lot smaller than expected! *by A***Z on December 10, 2013* Ok first off, really great quality. I was very impressed. The reason for the 3 stars is, the size! A lot smaller than what I expected! I was expecting something with a deeper pocket to place the tuppoware. Height wise it's great, and the side pockets are decent, it's just the Main compartment that really bugs me. Standard tuppoware, (the ones with the 3 divides) will not fit. This would be ok if their tupp came divided so I can actually put meals in one container, I don't like my food all over the place, but yea, really disappointed on size especially for the price. Will be returning and trying the 6 meal size, hopefully that one is a bit bigger. A+ on quality though. Even the tuppoware is great just wish it was divided. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love this bag *by M***N on January 8, 2015* After losing 125 lbs I have become more conscious on what I am eating. I'm one of those people that actually eat 6 or 7 meals a day, trying to spread out my calories evenly through out the day. Depending on my work day, I will eat at least 2 meals and have a third meal prepared just in case my work day becomes longer than expected.The bag keeps the food cool until it is time for it to heat up. The side zipper pockets, I can carry my pre-work out drink and my shakeolgy drink (I use the Shakeolgy container) and it keeps them cool. If it's an off day, I put in a small pint container of almond milk and throw an apple on top of it....again, they stay cool for an 8 hour day easy. One the top zipper pocket, I usually keep my vitamins and a couple of banana's.I've seen reviews on utube (and maybe here on Amazon) about the bag and some tend to complain about the mesh pockets being a waste and they won't hold anything. I carry two 24 ounce bottle of water and I have had NO problems of them falling out as others might have suggested.The only thing I don't like is their containers. it's all just one compartment.
