Not me...I don't seem to have the technique down, and the warmth from my hands seems to break down the fat. Using a metal pastry blender like this one keeps that warmth out, allowing me to cut down the cold butter/shortening and flour into the desired crumb size while not overworking. Being stainless, this item also washes up very nicely in the dishwasher, an added bonus. Love it!
