PEI sheets are an excellent choice for a 3D Printing build surface. It offers great adhesion for almost all materials such as PLA, ABS and PETG and remains low maintenance, requiring little to no surface preparation between prints. It can be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol to remove grease and residue as needed. The included 3M adhesive backing makes it simple to install PEI on any surface, including aluminum beds, borosilicate glass and spring steel flex plates. Just peel the protective sticker back at one edge, align it with the side of your build plate and press it out across the surface to remove air bubbles. For irregular surface sizes, PEI sheets can be scored with a straight edge blade and snapped at the seam to resize as needed. Wiped the surface with alcohol, tried glue stick, and hairspray, nothing was working. So I thought I would give Peroxide a try, everything has been sticking since and has been working great. I think the Peroxide helps lift the oils left behind from the plastic. I made a new handle/leg for our skillet, which fell off our counter and cracked the part after hitting the floor.
