We were able to get a replacement (as soon as I got it I tried out the zipper to make sure it works and inspected it to make sure nothing was wrong instead of waiting ). My son actually loves it! It's pretty neat. So far we only caught a few minnows, however, we will be going to get some cat food or other bait for it soon. He wants to give it a try at the beach in salt water next.
