It never fit right because the top lace wouldn’t even reach the velcro it’s supposed to be secured to!!! I won’t make the same mistake again ordering from this company!! Because nothing was refundable so yeah send the ones that a Dr office would return because they were defective!! So, disappointed I tried to save a couple dollars by ordering here clearly a big mistake both items were wrong and or defective. Way to go preying on the poor and needy. This was my experience with this company; next time I’ll stick with my Drs office! This was a total waste of my money and prolonged my pain waiting for my brace…only to have top lace not long enough??
