My old small Buxton wallet that I carried for about 20 years had to be replaced (sadly) -- I have shopped and shopped in stores and on line trying to find one that had a card slot wide enough to comfortably slide in my laminated medicare card. In the meanwhile, I purchased 2 Coach wallets that I just can't like, plus another small Buxton that was too tight in the card slot areas. So, finally, thanks to more looking on Amazon I found this one. The quality is great. I only use this for my credit cards, ID, etc. The coin pouch is small and would most likely hold a couple dollars in change, but I only put my emergency $20 bill in there as I use plastic for most purchases. I have 10 plastic cards in the middle and have used the dollar bill area for some misc punch cards, stamps, and coupons. American sized dollar bills would fit nicely there too though. The snap closure holds well at this time and total thickness with my items is 1" so it will fit well in my pocket or a small purse when I chose to not carry my everyday large purse.
