If you are asking if you can put the wheel on top of a poster, I wouldn't think so. It would be too heavy and it is on a stand, so it is self-contained. If you are asking if you can attach pictures on the front of the wheel the answer is yes. I did it with paper. But I recommend doing a test because I don't know if the poster board would mess with the weight. Some of the reviews mentioned it not being very stable. Perhaps they didn't have the legs assembled correctly as I have not seen that to be a problem. I have the longer legs in the front. If that becomes a problem I will probably mount it on a wooden base.
