The “texturizing” scissors are great to thin their thick hair and prevent mats while still keeping their cute longer hair. The regular safety scissors work great. The metal comb is the best! It’s now my go too tool to keep my pups mat free and to easily remove tangles. Great set, worth every penny.

This set is ok for the cost. The thinning shears are terrible and barely close but the curved scissors are pretty nice and sharp. I have a toy cockatoo puppy whose fur grows really fast so I like to keep him trimmed around the mouth and eyes and these work well and crisp
