We have great faith in our blackhead remover. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not brutal on the face *by S***E on 24 April 2019* I’m not going to lie, I was a bit nervous using this blackhead remover after watching a few videos, to get a feel for how to use it!I steamed my face for about 15 minutes and then held my breath expecting severe pain. I started on level 1 – but within seconds I realised I needed more suction, I couldn’t feel anything at that level. Within a minute I was on the highest level (there are 5 in total). It doesn’t feel like a deep suction at all, so not sure how this compares to other similar tools.After trying all the different suction heads – the same result, I tried the largest tool and Level 4 on this tool was what I eventually finished my face on. 12 minutes in total. I was expecting some “gunk and nasties” on the sponge but there was nothing, just the same clean sponge.I don’t have blackheads, but was specifically wanting to use this to suck up dead skin cells on my face and just using it as a pore cleansing tool after steaming. I didn’t have red marks, skin irritation, bruises or pain on my face after using. I think the fact that it doesn’t have such a high suction is a good thing.I have to say though, I liked the way my skin felt after using it, even though there were no blackheads to pop or gunk to display, I will continue to use this every 2nd week in my cleansing routine.There is a total of 6 suction heads included, USB charging cable and spare sponges/elastic sealers. I don’t feel that so many suction heads are necessary. 3 would be enough, they all felt similar while using. The instructions are decent and explain what each suction head is used for. It arrived fully charged and after using for one treatment of 12minutes it is still in full charging mode.
