So I watched a few YouTube videos on how to fix my HP office jet 6500 printer. I have tried everything with the printer as far as cleaning the heads and running the report and the alignment again. But the cyan was clogged. So I tried this kit. It did clear the black yellow and magenta just fine. Unfortunately it would not clear the stuck cyan. I think the key would be to do it once a year. I make a lot of copies and I didn’t think to clean the inkjets. But now I know! So I ended up buying another HP OfficeJet 8000 model. Too bad because this printer still printed black copies.
