Install took a few extra adjustments to thread wires, be sure to take off protective plastic wrap from fixture first. Instuctions pitiful, you need a friend with some experience to install. Love this!EDIT: 12 months later 08/2020, we are in laundry/pantry many times a day. This fixture still bright enough and pretty. Guess I was very lucky, others are not satisfied.
