I've been using a black fabric one I bought on amazon and it worked well for about a year and a half, but over time I have gotten stronger and it was becoming easier to use so I decided to get a stronger band - and this one fits the bill perfectly! It takes sooo much more effort to move with this on - I use it three times a week (I use it for glute finisher exercises after my weighted squats/deadlifts/hipthrusts etc at the end of a session) and my god this has left me barely able to move!
