Mine just arrived and it as 21.5 inches by 69.5 inches. Several threads were hanging from the atarah. Very, very thin fabric. While the seller explains that the fringes on the 72 inch side count toward the 72 inches, it does not explain the 24 inch side being only 21.5 inches. Talitnia who makes this item also make 18 inch, 22 inch, 24 inch Tallits, as well as larger, but the one sent to me is more a 22 inch, rather than the 24 inch that I ordered on Amazon. The seller said the measurements are approximate. Since Talitnia is a well-know company, I don't think their "approximate" would be smaller than the next size down.
