My water levels were all perfect but there was still scum marks. I tried using a sponge and the chlorinated spa water and it didn’t budge. I tried using household cleansers and they also didn’t work well. I tried this product and it took the gunk and scum off with no effort using the supplied sponge. It pours out of the bottle the consistency of shampoo. Just know that if the bottle sits for a period of time it needs to be shaken as it does separate and you’ll end up pouring water out of the bottle on the next use.
