The included instructions left a little to be desired and were very hard to read due to the small print, but after watching a few general YouTube videos, the process was pretty straightforward. There were plenty of tools included to perform the task. After having the batteries in our phones for over a month now, I can say the battery life is EXCELLENT!!! I can't attest to durability, as the batteries have been installed for just over a month.
