For me, carrying about 8 cards and a bit of cash, and wanting the smallest package, it's ideal.This one has several important differences that caused me to choose this over the others., and believe me, I looked at them all.--My previous had an aluminum clip, which I see that many of them do. That one broke after several months--aluminum isn't up to the job! This one really is steel, and I expect it to last!--The previous didn't come with the extra band, screws and screwdriver. At the price of this one, those inclusions are a big deal!--Price. Let's just say it: it's absurdly low for what you get!On this one, I'm finding it difficult to get the cards out relative to my old one, which had weaker bands, on three sides. However, I quickly realized that I didn't need the second metal plate at all, and by putting one of the tougher cards on the outside, I have a much lighter wallet, easier to get into. I took the second plate and band, and am using them as a second wallet for neighborhood walks and bike rides, where I don't need much more than a debit card, driver's license, and some cash.Anyway, I have enough experience with this type of wallet to know where this is headed, so I immediately turned aorund to buy a second (at this price, why not?) so that I'll be assured of having a spare when the time comes.A note on the key ring. I bet some people will have a hard time figuring it out. Look around the edge of each ring very carefully, and you will eventually find the zig-zag cut where you can pull the ring sideways to open it.
