Please remember on cement / block / concrete, must not be sealed/painted etc for tramex to work properly **Q: does it work on cinder block foundations** A: Hi there, these are intended to be used on clean, bare concrete slabs. Any measurements made on painted/adhesive-covered/cinder block etc should be used as comparative (ie "this area is damper than that area") and NOT quantitative (this is x% humidity).
