This casserole is an old family favorite that we've made for decades, so I was curious to see how these noodles would fare compared to my standard egg noodles. The noodles cooked up very nicely. They were al dente, not mushy, with good flavor. I did adjust the sauce to pasta ratio because they are significantly smaller in size (I normally use extra wide). They continued holding up even after baking in the oven with the sauce.
