Product description               ZA 22 Mould - suitable for the casting of final products manufactured in the form of ZA 22 Mould, you can use moulding materials based on polyurethane, polyester and epoxy resins, gypsum, both conventional and polymer, various types of concrete, the mixture for the production of ceramics, and other similar materials.  ZA 22 Mould in primary form, is RTV silicone rubber, consisting of two components (base and catalyst), which is cured at room temperature.  Mix Ratio By Weight : 1A : 1B Mixing Time @ 23°C : 1 min Working Time @ 23°C : 14 - 17 mins Cure Time @ 23°C : 1 hr Viscosity Of Pre-Catalysed Mix : 4000 ± 300 cP Shore A Hardness After 24 Hours : 21 ± 2 ShA Tensile Strength : 4.0 ± 0.2 N/mm² Elongation At Break : 380 ± 20% Tear Resistance (Die B) : 20 ± 1 N/mm Tear Resistance (Die C) : 12 ± 1 N/mm Cure Colour : Blue                  Legal Disclaimer               Unfortunately we are unable to ship this item to, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or any Scottish Islands.
