I used this adapter to show the output from my subwoofer management module, which outputs to s-video.My connections were s-video and L+R audio to my Linux server. All worked flawlessly, though when I ran other audio tools on the server at the same time, there were a couple of audio dropouts. However, that could have been an issue with those applications fighting over resources. I am very happy with this product. ### ⭐ Had issues *by S***D on September 17, 2021* I use this with a raspberry pi (tested also with a Mac) for a backup camera. The main issue I have is that this thing takes about 6-8 seconds to start the video from the camera which is way too slow waiting for a backup camera to show up. It also will only work properly the first time it connects to the camera. If you close and reopen it, it will flip back and forth from video and to black, or just black.
