Each side has two loops that go over your ears to secure it to your chin. It is like a silicone/gel feeling material and is very cooling and relaxing on the skin. The directions say how often to use it but not how long to keep the mask on so I just did 15 minutes. When i remove the mask, my skin feels hydrated and cooled and I did notice a slight difference in the firmness of the skin in that area. I did experience a breakout in that area pretty soon after use; so I’m not sure if this is great for sensitive skin. After the first week it says you use 2-3 times a week. No idea when your suppose to start seeing results but it's safe to say 3-4 weeks. So around $60 for a months worth. No use just paying 1 pack.
