Like all products you need to be consistent in using them. I use them almost every night, for the entire night, so yes, I'm a hard core user :-) Sometimes they fall off during the night, this is true. And you can use them 2-3 times but then have to throw away a pair and use a new one; but even with these slight inconvenients, they make a really big difference to my apperance in the morning. No matter how bad a night I had, they leave me wrinkle and puffiness free, and they are so fresh when you put them on I love the coolness under my eyes and sometimes I put them on even during the day when my eyes are tired. They also leave my skin hydrated and soft. I wish they had made an entire face mask as I would definitely use it! I use a combination of these patches for my under eyes, frownies for my forehead, Retin -A every 2-3 days, and I'm 47, but as you can see I'm almost wrinkle free.
