The other thing that might make people not want to purchase is that it is expensive. For the premium price I feel the containers should be filled to the top. The balm is so thick you can't say its because they were sitting on the side in shipping, the balm doesn't move. You can take the lid off and hold the container upside and shake it and nothing will move. It looks like the way the balm is being poured into the containers its all being pushed to the side.
