They didn’t have a phone number, website, address for the manufacturer at all. So, now I’m stuck with a teardrop weather prediction station that I wouldn’t have a clue if it’s working or not. I ordered 2 of these one for a gift. Neither work nor have instructions in them. The boxes from the manufacturer were also damaged. I left it out for at least two weeks to become acclimated with the "weather" in the room and nothing has happened ever since I took it out of the box. We have had rain, snow, wind and sun and nothing has changed within the glass.I also purchased a smaller storm glass from a different company and low and behold the cheaper storm glass is working. I would return this product if I could. I will be regifting this to my least favorite relative this Christmas. Once again don't buy this item not unless you are looking for a pretty decorative glass piece. Also the temperature on the wooded pedestal has read 66 degrees since it came out of the box. Nothing has changed with the temperature or humidity readings.
