The Black Ice NEMESIS GTR 560 takes performance to the red line and back with its new 4th generation core geometry. The GTR is optimized for high speed fans with large CFM's where noise is not of concern but ultimate performance is. Review: This thing annihilates heat - This product is amazing! I know a 560mm rad is overkill for most systems, but I can't argue with the results. Running an overclocked CPU and GPU, my temps are typically 20-50°C cooler than on air. For reference, my 3570k OCd to 4.6GHz tends to run about 36°C under 100% load, usually 25-30°C during normal use. I have my Radeon 7 overclocked to 2025MHz, and it runs around 75°C at the junction temp, 38°C edge temp. For reference, with the same overclock on air the card ran 120°C at the junction and 80°C at the edge. I got about a 14% FPS increase in most gaming and synthetic benchmarks on water. The 2025MHz OC on air was still about 10% lower FPS than on water due to thermal throttling. Make sure to flush your rad before installation. The Noctua NF14s I'm running are dead quiet at 1000RPM, about 32dB on my noise meter. Be warned, the rubber corners on the NF14s made putting the fans into the rad a little difficult. Not impossible, but definitely a pain. Running the fans at 3000 RPM didn't seem to make much of a difference in temps. At 3000 RPM the fans are about 55dB. Review: Keeps my CPU super cool with next to no fan noise. - Keeps my heavily overclocked (5.0 GHz) 8700k to the high 40's Celsius.
