This amp is only 370 watts. U can watch the video on you tube. And its only 2 ohm stable. So if ur sub is 2 ohm and 1200 watts max 600 rms It will push it but not at its full capability. Been trying for years to clean it up so I could use it. Nothing wrong with the speaker. Came up with the bright idea of using a car amp to drive the speaker. They are reasonably priced such as this one. Serendipity would have it, the mounting holes on the amp line up perfectly with the mounting holes on the back plate of the subwoofer. All the talk on here about this amp not being 1500 watts is just pointless. What the hell do you need that much wattage to drive a speaker for? It is the same nonsense seen in home theater subwoofer specs in general. The sub is going to sound just as good at 100 watts as at 1000 watts. My 10 inch sub with this 150 watt amp at 16 volts sounds great. Hits hard enough to feel it and piss off the neighbors at the same time. The only reason I don't give this amp 5 stars is the manual is trash. The layout is confusing and more importantly, no definitions of what the different features are/do. Some you should already know just being around audio for any length of time, but other settings are extremely vague and would take some time trying to research online.
