Like all reviews state, it comes folded up. Mine was folded literally in the middle and stuffed in a box.I let mine sit in the sun for half a day in my backyard and it came right back to shape. There was some creases that still remained, which a heat gun took care of without any issues and a small spot where the grill mounts was torn... I used my handy plastic welder to do a small spot repair and you'd never see it, once the grill is mounted.Fast forward to 6/30/2024 (purchased in Feb). I finally decided to install the bumper and it went right on without any problems. Feels exactly like oem plastic, flexes the same, all the bolt holes and plastic retainer locations also lined up perfectly.
