When folding it I realised that the stitching had come undone. I contacted the seller who didn't seem to accept the fault despite photos. After several odd emails asking if i wanted a discount, I was awarded half of the money back and told to keep the faulty item! I queried this and was told it was because I had washed it! Maybe they are not designed to be washed? Amazon resolved it by organising a return and full refund as according to the Sale of Goods act it should have lasted a reasonable a mount of time! ### ⭐ Very poor quality *by F***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 October 2020* I am very desappointed with the quality of this item... I bought it end of July and after 2 washes the product is already falling appart and it is no use anymore .... it is presenting as high quality product used in hotels where we all know this involve a lot of washing and used....
