It is very well made and the backing is well done too. It DOESN'T smell like so very many products that you get these days. A huge plus not having to let it "outgas" for a week or month. It rolls out flat with just a bit of backwards bending on the inside edge.My missing star is that the color (as mentioned by the other person that wrote a review) isn't at all close to the photo pictured. It is considerably darker -- so think BROWN and not RUST.
