It barely holds onto itself. It really needs to be at least partially tucked into the waistband of some pants for the Velcro to remain in tact for any length of time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not a good fit for a smaller woman *by J***. on January 7, 2018* I have mixed feelings about this product. 1st the one size didn't work for me. I'm typically a size 0-2 and couldn't get this tight enough to feel much relief. The band width seems perfect but the velcro sticky part doesn't stick to the area I needed it to to fit tight enough. Also I wore it twice and the part that sits on your belly already seems stretched out. It was comfortable and not itchy. Just wish is was about 2 to three inches smaller. ### ⭐⭐⭐ No directions for use and size XL instead of One Size *by A***C on April 2, 2019* Im having trouble deciding on stars for this. It appears to be good quality, but came with zero directions for use. This is my third baby but first time I've needed to use a support belt and it's very frustrating not knowing how to fit it properly. The one day I wore it to work it caused more pain than without. And the ad says One Size but the product itself says XL.
