After using this product every day for just a few weeks, I can see a difference. Lip lines are almost gone, and my lips are returning to where they were a few years back. I didn't trim it, and I don't use my jaw. I start with an open mouth in a relaxed position, then tighten my lips. I do this 50 times. Nasolabial folds are smoothing out as well. This thing is freakin' awesome!
