It truly does almost everything you could want. On the other hand, the manufacturer seems to have no support what so ever. As in the "click here" for company contact information is not actually a hyperlink. This leaves you totally dependent upon the seller. I've called them twice. The first time during initial setup they were very helpful, the call was <10 minutes and I was set. Now I'm trying to add a speakerphone to the system. I understand all the basics of doing this but there is one thing not in the documentation. No problem, there's a big sticker saying in essence call us for help. I call. Nope. It's been more than a year. But it's a 30 second question. Nope. Nothing. After 1 year, you are totally on your own evidently. I can't find that ANYWHERE in the description or documentation. Pricing is spot on and the customer service on the sales side was pretty helpful on product selection. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the initial setup manual is not too easy to follow. It seems like a developer wrote it instead of having a user input.The tech support is pretty responsive in respects to helping out but is pretty short and not patient at all.
