I'm real excited now, bc it is a very pretty clock, but according to this *awesome* clock, it's been 1:45pm for almost an hour the hands don't move. they are in their correct positions, they aren't snagging on each other, they just don't move.went into live chat with customer service and was first offered a complete exchange, I could peel all the decals off the wall, ship them back and get a new one, or I could just return it all. I opted to return and hope the owner loves getting a stack of used decals and a broken clock face back... why they don't just have me throw it away, I don't know.
