Review: delivering defective product think twice before purchase - I had a very bad experience with this purchase. I ordered the Carvaan Mini 2.0 from desertcart, and the FM/AM functionality is not working at all. This is a basic feature of the product, and it was defective right out of the box. When I contacted customer care for a replacement, instead of taking responsibility, they rudely told me to find a service centre and get it repaired myself. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a new product, not a faulty item that I need to repair on my own time and effort. It clearly feels like the seller is running a scam — delivering defective products and then pushing customers towards service centres to avoid replacement. What is even more disappointing is that desertcart is supporting this behavior instead of protecting the customer. Very unprofessional service, poor quality control, and zero accountability. I strongly do not recommend buying this product from this seller. Think twice before purchasing.

A: Good.

**Q: does this has pt Bhimsen joshi?**
A: No it doesn’t. Only songs of Kannada Legends Dr Rajkumar, Dr Vishnuvardhan, Shankar Nag & Ambarish are preloaded.

**Q: Is only dooradarshini available in fm ? i am not able to get local fm channels. is there any other settings that need to be enabled ?**
A: All fine station also plays

**Q: Malayalam songs available**
A: The product quality is not so good.  The battery dies down fast. The switches are prone to go bad if clicked fast, or multiple times. The songs selection is good.
