Indicating the hair wasn’t really of human or of good quality. First look out of the packaging I knew I needed to return because I didn’t like the product. I get so many compliments. Very little shedding and it did not have a smell to it. Dislike it didn't come with a closure and it was hard to make a closure for it. ### ⭐⭐ Not worth the money *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2019* I bought this hair for my upcoming baby shower and i’m disappointed with the quality.Pros: The hair is soft and does not have a strange smell.Cons: This hair is not 100% human as advertised. Every “curl” shows so many short strands. It cannot be dyed, bleached or curled. I attempted to bleach a piece, it never took. I also tried to curl a few pieces to blend with my hair and they just went limp. I wish I could return it.Update: Customer service is prompt and courteous! Another Pro: I’ve now had the hair in for a few days and flexi rods work really well for curling this hair, no heat necessary! It holds the curls over 24 hours if you roll it over night.
