Waist for pants is 33-34. I was told by a chat session on Comfortably Collared's site to get a Medium. It fits very snug. A bit too snug on the arms (the entire length of the sleeves is tight). But, my wife says it looks really good. I'm just not used to wearing such form-fitting clothes, I guess. It is borderline too short (not the sleeves, the shirt itself). But, here are some pics, so see for yourself. This is after washing it, altho it doesn't feel like it shrunk any.
