Cheat Sheet - Master Dealing With Psychopaths is Excellent and is exactly as the title says ... a cheat sheet. For people who have dealt with a narcissist or psychopath, and may fall into feeling bad about it, this book helps "snap" you back into common sense. I cannot recommend it highly enough.I strongly suggest reading it along with another book I've read that was enormously helpful: "Exorsism - Purging the Narcissist From Heart and Soul". Author H.G. Tudor. The author claims he himself is a narcissist, and it appears he really is. It is one viewpoint to have everything a therapist or "empath" to explain the subject to you. It is a whole other level of insight to hear about it from an actual "do-er". This author has an entire series of books covering each aspect of the subject. While they could probably be chapters in one book, and feel spread out (possibly to make more money selling individual books) , they are not that expensive on Kindle. Also, if you get a "Kindle Unlimited" account (for approx $9 or $10 per month), all the books can be "borrowed" and read "for free". By getting a one month membership, you can access all of them, then cancel the membership if you like.) Well worth it. I liked these two books so much, I purchased them afterward as well, as I considered them "keepers".In combination, they are as if 1 + 1= 3. Do read them both. They create great insight together. Check out all of Tudor's other books on the subject, especially "Fuel" (if you only have time for one).Finally - I strongly suggest "The Psychopath Next Door" by author "Stout". Between these three authors, I got a wonderfully complete picture on the entire subject. This third book is not available on Kindle Unlimited, but again, very affordable on Kindle. As for the other books, again ... even a one month membership on Kindle Unlimited is worth it. I hesitated to sign up for it, but was very glad I did. It does not give you access to best sellers, but there are many other worthwhile books!Hope this info helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars The best book in its genre, my favorite *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2020* I have unfortunately had to keep learning the hard way how to avoid relationships of all types (family, friends, business, and romantic) with personality-disordered people. In my desire to keep learning to detect these types sooner, I’ve read many books on this subject with many different angles and usually by highly-qualified experts with the right credentials. While this author doesn’t profess to have any of those, the book is now my favorite— because it contains the distilled wisdom of having walked in the shoes of the “victim”(I dislike that word, but sadly it does apply to these situations). Extremely practical advice that is obviously hard won and well-considered... it is the book I have been looking for all along. Here’s what to look for, here is exactly what to do if you are in a conflict with one, and here are the rules to live by to protect yourself on a daily basis. Great job! The author apparently reads these reviews, so here is my feedback... I feel confident about spotting the male version, but would love more info about female-female adult friendships with these types, and more info about working with someone outside of a conventional corporate/departmental business environment... the smaller business environment where one might be brought in as a contractor or consultant, etc. I have the liberty of choosing who I do projects with, so... how to choose those business opportunities more wisely and protect myself going in. In my case I was gaslighted by my husband and by a woman I believed to be my friend at the same time. I did figure it out on my own, but to find out it has a name and phases astounds me. I need more info on female on female Narcissism. I was "love bombed" by a woman who made me feel like I was the best friend she ever had only to drop me with no explanation. I was devastated in a way no relationship with a man ever devastated me. I did figure her out and went total non-contact, but years later I got sucked in again and she is currently bad mouthing me and alienating me from the friends I went out and found for myself after she dropped me. I feel eventually the truth will come out. She has a pattern and will never change.
