**Q: Is this really worth $13??????**
A: I know, $13 is rediculous. They are money grubbers. But, if you want a break from eggs and bacon, this is it. One serving is only 1/3 cup. Small, but it takes a while to chew each bite, so it is filling. It tastes great and I've ordered another one for my trip where I won't have many keto options.

A: First of all, I had to Google fodmap! The package says it’s gluten and grain free with no added sugar. Net carbs are 2 gems per 1/3 cup serving.
