I use this on DRY feet and as often as I feel necessary. It removes my callouses 1 - 2 - 3!! It took one or two times to get the hang of this tool, but once you get the feel of it - I can not express enough what a God send this is. Price is right. I was prepared to go for the $50 "top of the line" callous remover if this one failed my expectations but I don't have to go there. Awesome, easy to use, 100% satisfactory results. I would personally guarantee it if I had that power!
