This is a bra for someone who already has full or perky boobs. I will say that this bra does give some lift, just not where I want it. Doesn’t matter how far back I try to stick the tabs, I can’t get the bra to stay close enough to my chest to actually make my boobs push up instead of out. The adhesive is fairly sticky.. as long as you don’t sweat too much. Cup size is correct. Maybe size up is you have saggy “mom boobs” like me.
