This hot tub was delivered in perfect condition. The seats in the hot tub are different levels to accommodate a person of any height. The waterfall and lights create a relaxing and romantic ambience especially at night. The marbled effect of the hot tub is beautiful. Just read the warranty and apparently if it needs to be replaced, all removal and reinstallation is up to me.I will see how this ends and update my review, but to say I am disapointed is putting it lightly. This was a life long family goal that we finally got to realize, and now it is up in smoke.
