The Resch No35 Guinea Pig Mansion is a premium, handcrafted small animal habitat made from untreated solid spruce wood. Measuring 55 x 39 x 33 cm, it features two large ground-floor entrances connected by an interior tunnel, a wide staircase leading to an upper house with a balcony, and rounded corners for safety. ## Description

The guinea pig Mansion is already assembled. It is made of solid spruce wood, as this material contains no harmful substances and is 100% biodegradable. It can also be nibbled harmlessly by your pet! All of our rodents are glued and nailed with about 19mm small nails. These can not be avoided and only serve for stability until the glue hardens. The nails are used only very sparingly, because the main stability of the house is replaced by the glue. In the last 25 years in which we produce our rodent houses, no case has been known since then that this has led to injuries! "Handmade" Exemplary quality from Austria. Properties: Great for guinea pigs, young dwarf rabbits, chinchillas and rats. A wide staircase leading to the terrace and the upper house, as well as a balcony. With two large inlets / outlets, which are internally connected by a "tunnel". The rounded corners (softline design) prevent injuries such as by splintering wood or sharp edges, in front.

It is fantastic and it gives them a lot of privacy and places to explore. **Q: Is it already assembled**
A: Yes =)

**Q: Are your guineas in an enclosure and this is placed inside it?**
A: Hi, yes mine is in a large hutch (8ft by 2ft) The height to the roof is 2ft which gives enough room for my guinea pigs to sit right on top of the mansion too. The mansion is big but its amazing. I certainly wouldn’t buy this one if you only have say a 2ft x 4ft hutch as it would take up a lot of space.I hope that helps!

**Q: Will fat adult Guinea Pigs fit though the doors? :)**
A: My daughter’s fat piggie goes. No problem. He loves to sleep in it. It is well made & sturdy. I would recommend regular airing as the bottom of the four walls can soak up the pee.

**Q: Is it big enough for a larger rabbit?**
A: So i use it for 3 chinchillas and its perfect for them, personally i wouldnt recommend it for any thing too much bigger. So i would say depending on the rabbits size the doorways and head room are probably too small. Hope that helps.

I love this house i use it for my five guinea pigs and it give them all a space to be without squashing each other.This is made from great wood and very sturdy.The only thing i had to do was put some collax in the hole section on top with the roof as my pigs where toileting there and i was worried about the wood and urine but its all sorted and i know this house will last.
