Thanks!** A: Took me a while to realise, the back has 5 height levels. Pull the back up slowly and you'll hear it click, each click is a height level. Pull the backer higher than the 5th level and the back will slide right back down to the bottom. I think this should be included in the instructions as it isnt clear at all and I was just about to email the seller that the back was faulty when I accidentally came upon this setting. **Q: Is the weight really only 9.6kg? My existing Hippo chair is 24kg I am worried this is not going to be very sturdy.** A: Hi, Thank you for your question. That is the weight that is on our production report, however, I agree it does seem low. I will get this checked first thing Monday morning. However, this chair is definitely a 24 hour chair and is designed for use in places of high usage such as call centres. There are alternatives with better if that's your key requirement. **Q: How do you fix the back rachet in poisition as mine keeps on dropping when no pressure is applied?** A: You could try this. There is a black plate with a single threaded hole to enable the back to be fixed to the seat. The correct way to fit the plate is for the threaded hole which extrudes on one side of the plate to face into the seat so that the plate fits flush into the bracket on the seat. If this does not resolve then return the item and it would seem that the ratchet in the back is faulty.
