First, it took me forever to get past the claustrophobic feeling some of us get. But, once I did, I still had a problem with my sinuses getting stopped up in the evenings. I tried a number of things, including eating chips and salsa before getting ready for bed, bad idea. After reading other reviews I decided to give this a try and I'm glad I did. I didn't bother buying any special holder, I just put a few drops on a cotton ball on top of the cap of a medicine bottle and placed it under the air intake of my CPAP machine and put the mask on, it took a couple of minutes to take full effect, but it did work and I made it through the night. One thing I have started doing to speed up the process is to put a drop or two on my finger and then apply it to my mustache. Then I would do what're needed in getting ready for bed. By the time I was ready to put my mask on, I was ready for a night's sleep.
