When applied correctly (using YouTube tutorials) it offers good support, but a lot more comfortable than wearing a support bandage. I find it stays stuck really well. I'm currently wearing tape that has remained in place during a post run soak in the bath, as well as a shower! The tape on the soles of my feet tends not to stay stuck during a bath / shower, so needs reapplying more frequently. It's the only tape that I've ever bought, so I can't compare to others, but I'm very happy with it.
