The reviews about this are mixed but I found the batteries easy to insert, the heads change easy enough but the only downside is the on/off button. Instructions say press the button to start and press again to stop. This isn't correct. You need to hold the button down the whole time and after a while it does hurt your thumb! I used this brush to clean inside my washing machine drawer so it was a little awkward having to keep my thumb on the button the whole time whilst trying to move the brush around to give it a good clean.
