I had instant results. Easy to use. I didn't know how bad my hearing was until I turned these on. Now when I see someone I know in the store I will actually be able to hear what they are saying instead of getting so close to them or trying to decipher what they are saying. I highly recommend this product. My insurance does not cover the "real hearing aids" and I wasn't about to shell out thousands of dollars without trying this first. Best decision I have made. I am going to get another set as a spare. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life Changing *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2017* These are remarkable. Not incredibly comfortable, and they don't look 'cool' at all, but I can hear again. These are ridiculously easy to set up and literally minutes after putting them in, I had to ask my kids to lower their voices. Apparently shouting at me was they only way I could hear them previously. It was night and day. I am not terribly old, but have blown my ear drums out a couple of times. I had no idea it was this bad. I had them set to volume 1 (there are 10) and when our cat meowed in my ear it hurt because it was so loud!. Seems like she has had to yell to get my attention as well. I have seen my mother and older siblings go to the doctors and pay thousands for hearing aids that sometimes work and I just cannot afford that kind of money, My brother paid $8,000 for ones that he no longer uses because they are not reliable. This is just the second day I am using them, so I will check back in and let you know how they are doing, but for under $40 I am thrilled. If I have to buy a new pair every month I am still thrilled.
